Custom Printed Canvas in Minneapolis

The Boulevard Commons in Minneapolis is home to a number of businesses, as well as signs of all shapes and sizes. When the Michael Kaslow Team (MKT) moved into their new space along Lyndale Avenue, they wanted an awning that would serve a number of purposes: reinforce their brand, garner visibility and protect clients from the elements.

A key element of the MKT brand is the custom gray/black pattern that appears in the background of all their marketing materials. To create this look on an awning canvas, Acme Awning partnered with its supplier, Trivantage, and used their new Sunbrella Printed Canvas system. The pattern was printed onto the canvas cover, matching the pantone colors specified by MKT. Acme Awning then applied the MKT name and tagline on top of the custom background, completing the look.
