Strip Mall Refresh

For this month’s project we are featuring a strip mall in Shakopee that recently underwent a facade improvement. The shopping center had a mix of blue and red canvas awnings, all of which were beginning to show signs of wear. For this refresh, the property management team decided to create a more unified look by opting for a single color on all 13 awnings — Sunbrella Jockey Red.
