1 – Initial phone call or email to learn about your needs. Often, an onsite meeting is scheduled to view the project in person and take any needed measurements.
2 – Acme provides a proposal for your custom product design, recommended fabric type, fasteners, etc. Custom prototypes may be provided when necessary.
3 – Approved design is fabricated and delivered/installed.
